Bianchini Rossetti
The Bianchini Rossetti winery has been producing the noble Falerno wine for more than three generations in Casale di Carinola, in the historic winery dug into the tuff. We use grapes that ripen on the vocated promontories of San Paolo, in the heart of Ager Falernus in our own vineyards. Time has imposed necessary renovations in the vineyard and in the cellar. The first winery innovations date back to the late 19th century with the evolution of winemaking technologies and the renewal of the vineyard plantings. In 2000, Tony Rossetti and the indefatigable Uncle Francesco became the architects of the latest winery renewal, with the christening of the modern Azienda Agricola Bianchini Rossetti. For Cantina Bianchini Rossetti, as a result, the philosophy is simple and clear: produce quality Falerno while respecting the territory. The year 2006 marks the start-up moment: the now renovated vineyards yield their prized fruits that generate the first bottles of Falerno. Today Bianchini Rossetti is a reference winery in the territory and established in domestic and foreign markets.
