Campanaro - Fiano di Avellino DOCG

Campanaro is a white wine from Campania characterized by freshness and sapidity, elements that mark a drinkability that is always flowing, ideal to accompany first and second courses, especially those based on fish. This Campanaro is a wine that comes from the skilful blending between two strongly territorial white grape varieties, Fiano and Greco. These are two varieties that find an ideal habitat in the Campania region, and which the Feudi di San Gregorio winery cultivates with the utmost care and scrupulousness within its own vineyards. Once the grapes are harvested and arrive at the winemaking facilities, they ferment in steel, then age for six months in large barrels, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed. Campanaro wine reveals itself on visual examination with a straw-yellow color, crossed by light golden flashes. The scents that envelop the nose are intense and varied, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit that veer towards sweet spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, harmonious, with a velvety sip that is characterized by a refreshing, mineral flavor.
