Sensuade Marche rosato IGT - Magnum

Santa Barbara's Sensuade is a rosé of great charm and territorial typicality, captivating with persuasive floral and fragrant scents and subtle fruity aromas. It is made from a blend of red grapes traditionally found in the lands of the Marche: Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, Vernaccia di Pergola and Moscato rosso, which give the wine a unique and very harmonious profile. It is a label made with a special attention and passion for regional traditions and that expresses very well the history of viticulture in the Marche region and its best excellences. Sensuade rosé was born in the wonderful Castelli di Jesi area. The Santa Barbara winery manages an estate of 25 hectares divided into several plots, located in the municipal territories of Arcevia, Montecarotto, Serra de' Conti and Barbara. The grapes come from vines grown in a hilly area, at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level, facing southeast, on medium-textured soils of limestone-clay matrix. At the end of harvesting operations, the clusters are softly pressed with brief contact on the skins. The free-run juice is vinified in white with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled after aging for several months in steel tanks so that it can preserve intense aromas and flavors. Sensuade Santa Barbara wine is a rosé with an exquisitely regional face, expressing very well the character of local indigenous grape varieties. It is a label that perfectly interprets the modern spirit of rosés, which are particularly suitable to be enjoyed at aperitif time, to accompany seafood appetizers, steamed shrimp and prawns or a charcuterie board. In the glass, it is soft pink in color with luminous reflections. Refined and fragrant, it features a delicate bouquet with aromas of citrus zest, pink grapefruit, raspberry, pomegranate, red currant, floral nuances of rose petals, iris, violet and herbs. The sip is clear and savory, with juicy fruit and a pleasantly refreshing finish.
